We are deeply committed to ethical sourcing and responsible production, ensuring that the people behind our jewellery are treated with the same care and respect that goes into each design. Ruby visits regularly to see with her own eyes that our team members are being taken care of with full dignity and respect.

Packaging

Every detail of our packaging is designed with purpose:
Jewellery Pouches - Made from a natural linen-cotton blend, these pouches are meant to be kept, reused, and treasured. They’re the perfect way to store your jewellery, keeping each piece safe and tarnish-free.

Compostable Boxes - from HEAPS GOOD, our packaging boxes, labels, and tape - are fully home compostable. Simply cut along the compostable tape to open, and when the box has served its purpose, tear it into small pieces and add it to your compost bin to help it return to the earth.

Ecommerce deliveries have a carbon footprint. We are working to become a carbon neutral brand by December 2025 and are on track to hitting that target.
